Chase Park Plaza

Challenges:
The Chase Park Plaza restoration project was a complicated endeavor with varying levels of terraces and balconies to balance, along with height challenges for the thirty stories in Park Tower. Our team re-mobilized the scaffolding, erecting swing staging to allow for a gradual climb as we made our way to the top. This progression of swing-stage scaffolding, allowed our staff to replace the terra cotta with GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) for a long-lasting, lightweight, yet durable hold.
