Historical masonry restoration. We analyzed the structure and substances in order to use proper mortar. We collected mortar samples and sent to a specialist to learn of pigment needs, and lime to cement ratios among other details. We protected the historical building components, preventing sheering and breaks in the façade.

Scope of Work: Juliette balconies. Removed and replaced/repaired decorative terra cotta with GRFC (fiberglass enforced concrete). Window replacements and glazing (coating). Coatings.
