All cathedral stone product projects with specialty mortar mix. Two different phases, first phase foundation repair for water proofing and grout injection. Completely sealed and waterproofed. Completed structural repairs and stabilization. Phase two included masonry restoration, and we also repaired many stabilization issues.

Scope of Work: Full 100% masonry restoration, tuckpointing, limestone restoration. Concrete spandrel beam replacement.
Historical masonry restoration. We analyzed the structure and substances in order to use proper mortar. We collected mortar samples and sent to a specialist to learn of pigment needs, and lime to cement ratios among other details. We protected the historical building components, preventing sheering and breaks in the façade.
Scope of Work: Juliette balconies. Removed and replaced/repaired decorative terra cotta with GRFC (fiberglass enforced concrete). Window replacements and glazing (coating). Coatings. Tuckpointing failed mortar joints in brick and stone. Provided full access with scaffold tower and swing stages; Staat serviced project from start to finish.

Scope of Work: Remove existing terra-cotta cornice. Install new GRFC to match existing terra-cotta. Brick and limestone restoration. Marble replacement at the base. Help with demolished areas to expose structure to tie in material hoist, then removed to repair. Historic shoe building - International Shoe. Installed high-rise pest deterrent.
